Hey all, very new to power lords. What is the deal with these larger figures?

It looks amazing and I hope they don't scale it down

Those are 2-Ups. They use them to get better detail on the smaller 4" figures.

correct they will be 4 inch figures..

Also, keep in mind that these guys came out and the very beginning of the 4" resurgence. After the line was halted, there was 20+ 4" figure kickstarters. Some were successful other not.
