WASTELAND WAVE

Best figure in the wave, but I am also surprised about the lack of troop builders. I guess I could go back to my old habit of grabbing two or each Orc.

And some other tidbits from FB, it seems Trap-Jaw will have additional head(s), and the cyclop's helmet might be removable...

Thanks for the info

Aside from Purrrplor (and he mismatched textures between the head/tail and the rest of the body might be enough to keep me from being too interested), nothing in this wave really jumps out to me as must-have. Which is fine, because right now I could probably stand to save a little bit of money.

WOW! What a great final figure, as much as I love them it makes me wish there was no cyclops troll and no ogres or half giants and that this scale figure was reserved solely for the Cyclopean race! This is a total winner! As far people saying he doesn’t fit in with any of the factions I say “Good!” not everything needs to belong to a faction, I think having some unaligned characters and creatures is what this line has been lacking. Maybe he’s one of those classic D&D style monsters that’s like “the Guardian of the Well of Lost Souls” or something, reminds me of a monster from an old Sinbad movie.

For what it's worth, I meant he doesn't fit into the factions that I collect (and in order maintain a budget I limit my purchases to those).

I agree characters don't need to be affiliated with a faction.

Could definitely see this guy in a D&D setting.

As of now I will be picking up Argemedes, Cassia, and Torgun. If Kronnaw and Purrrplor have alt heads, I will go all in.

Interesting to see what figures people gravitate towards. For me it's the cyclops, goblin and dwarf.

now that everything has been revealed, the only thing i'm legitimately considering is the dwarf. Cassia is a maybe depending on her alt head situation. I think everything else is gonna be a definite pass for me.

Picture of the entire group is up in Instagram. It shows a helmet on not-trapjaw that they didn't show before. It's an improvement as far as I'm concerned.

Preorder open up at 1pm eastern

If Cassia has an alternate head that I like (I'm hoping for Gwendolynne with red hair), then I will probably get 2-3 of her. If not, then I might pass the whole wave.

I plan to order three of the figures. Purple kitty, Moe Hawk dwarf and Big chin Goblin. I'm on the fence about Not Trap Jaw. I might add that one for future customs.
