I'm in the same boat. I got their artbook, though! It's a great intro to that twisted universe! :D

It really is a great line of premium figures.

Even though I have no space to display them yet,I did get the Reaper General Demithyle and Lord Death figures. They were too awesome to pass up.I also have the Sideshow Templar’s Verdict statue which was a precursor to the Court of the Dead.

Anyone have ALOT of free space I can use for 30 years?

I fear if they did a 6ish" line, I'd have to cave and collect it if it were around the Mythic Legions price point. I love Gethsemoni, Cleopsis and Kier the most! :D

Don't need the rider but would love to get that red dragon.

The Beasts of the Mesozoic Ceratopsian looks like it will be a good fit. Some third party saddles and howdahs would be nice tho.

I hope that dragon is sold without the rider. A group of mounted magma goblins accompanied by a fire troll would make for a good display.

So…

I picked up the “85 Years” Thor at Target the other day, and I really like him.
Image

This is the 4th “Classic” Thor we’ve received. I’m counting the Marvel Select” Classic” among these. Although he really has limited ‘artie (except for his head movement, oddly enough).
Image

Size wise, MS. Thor still goes better with the ML knights IMO.
Image

I think he should be a little bigger than the ML figs. I mean, he is Thor after all :!:
Image

Anyway, I still like the last ML Thor we got. His legs are a little wobbly and he’s a bit shorter.
Image

The “85 Years” Thor is pretty compatible with the FH stuff
Image

I kinda like the older ML Thor’s smaller size too ‘tho. Here it just makes the Elephant warrior look a bit more powerful and intimidating.
Image

Of course, if I had it my way the elephants would be huge :!:
Image

Ultimately I do like Thor “85 Years” the best. What are your thoughts :?: and how do feel about his compatibility :?: with the ML line

FYI Sideshow and Phicen have teamed up to create 1/6 scale Court of the Dead figures. Kier is currently on preorder at several venues including BBTS.

Alright. I'll do it. But just remember, you guys made me do this...

Aside from the obvious ri-dick-ulousness (sorry I couldn't resist)

It's actually not a bad figure. The sculpt is a bit cartoony & plain. But it looks good. It looks like they could fit in pretty well with Mythic Legions. It's highly articulated, and could be a really great base for customizers too.
