No sign yet, but I've just had a charge from Fedex for customs fees, so I'm hopeful.

That said, having to pay £9 extra for figures that were missing from my order is a bit annoying.

Ok, so turns out that the £9.45 charge was a second customs charge for my in-stock order, which is baffling enough in itself, but even more so as I paid for customs clearance to be included on the store page.

I've raised a dispute with Fedex (as this is their issue, not the Horsemens'), but it does mean I'm back to not hearing anything about my missing figures.

Still no news on my missing figures.

As far as the Fedex side goes, they closed my case and sent me a copy of the invoice with just the £9.45 on it, not the other charges. I've sent them copies of all the charges and emails (again) and politely pointed out that they didn't even address the query, never mind provide a solution, and I haven't had a response to that yet. I sent my reply on Tuesday, so we'll see what happens there.

Does anyone have any better options for contacting the Horsemen? I've used the correct email address each time but I've no idea if it has been seen or read.

There is a phone number on the Store Horsemen contact page. I've only phoned them once over something that had to be corrected quickly before shipping out, but it is an option.

The only issue there is the cost of an international phone call. I had to make quite a few calls to the states back in the old Matty Collector days and it really racks up.

I'll give it another week, then I'll make the call.
