In the early days of Mythic Legions, as Four Horsemen Studios worked hard to spread the word on their new line of fantasy figures, one of the “toy shows” that became a staple on the calendar was ToyConNJ. Run by Veteri Productions, ToyConNJ became a ‘can’t miss’ event for Legionnaires. The studio’s annual LegionsCon event also owes its start to ToyConNJ, having begun as a small “Legions Meetup” after ToyConNJ in 2019. To honor the long-term partnership with ToyConNJ, Four Horsemen Studios decided to create something special for their 2026 event – the Highlands Warrior!
This figure was released at ToyConNJ in Morristown, NJ on April 18-19, 2026. The show version of the figure came in special packaging with ToyConNJ branding and it included a bonus head not found the the standard edition (the repainted "Magnus" head). A standard version of this figure, minus the special package and bonus head, will be sold at StoreHorsemen.com in 2026.
